Adinkra and Giacometti (plus a little from yesterday)
Yo my homies. Today my morning campers finished their Daruma Dolls that they started yesterday.
Later they made Adinkra symbol stamps. We ran out of time to do any stamping, so they'll do that tomorrow.
In the afternoon, we made sculptures in the style of Alberto Giacometti. They're aluminum foil armature built up with paper mache (or as one student called it "gooper mache"). I'll post pictures tomorrow after they're painted.
