Here in Germany a pig is a good luck symbol, as is a toadstool (the cute red and white spotted hallucinogenic ones -- go figure), and chimney sweeps. It's not uncommon to find cards or figurines of a chimney sweep or pig holding a clover with a toadstool at it's feet. It's considered very good luck to have a real chimney sweep touch you.
just remembered -- and this is talismanic, rather than precisely "lucky" -- sailors had pig and rooster tattoos to ward off drowning. My seafaring uncle had one on each foot, I'm not sure if they had to be on the feet to be "effective" but it seems to me that I've heard that somewhere as well...
Yeah, I couldn't do a rabbit's foot, because that creeps me out. I have been googling (as I am self-proclaimed computer geek) as well as wikipediing, so I've found some interesting lucky stuff. But, as Jane suggested, not all the symbols make for interesting blocks! I've done pigs and roosters before, but they're worth revisiting. The chimney sweep could be good.
I can do the highland fling. Orange is my favorite color. I always tie my right shoe tighter than my left. I hate it when people use the word "dilemma" incorrectly. I do yoga while listening to loud rockabilly music. My favorite part of the male anatomy is the epigastric fossa (look it up).

Feathers are my good luck charms - and I like 4 leaf clovers too (must be the Irish in me!)
I thought about doing a 4 leaf clover, 'cause there's a really good song ...
I got a 4 leaf clover, but it ain't done one single lick a good. I'm still a drunk and I'm still a loser, livin' in a lousy neighborhood.
Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.
Golden toads - Aymara/Peru
Huayruro seeds - Inca/Peru
Elephants - India
Bamboo - China
Carp - Vietnam
Shooting stars
Stray eyelashes (wouldn't be an interesting stamp though...)
¡Buena suerte!
Ah, I just thought about a rabbit's foot! Hopefully that wouldn't make all your bunny stamps nervous.
I read today that the dream catcher is a talisman for luck (among other functions.
not to be all obvious, but have you googled "luck" "good luck" "lucky sign" "lucky symbol" etc?
I have a blue-striped tunic-y shirt that I think is lucky, but I don't think that's what you were hoping to hear...
