bugs?
I think it is time for a Banana Slug.
How about U.S. states? That'll get you through another 50! Or countries of the world. If just making the shapes is too boring, you could make them all into animals or something.
Wait - no golden toad?? I was looking forward to a hopper printed in metallic ink. It's all about the sparkly, ya know.
Okay, how 'bout:
creatures from mythology
small household appliances
fruits & veggies
50s designs
Art Deco motifs
and of course -- more bugs!
Mythical beings and beasts (?)
Sweet little lucky kitty!
Have you considered doing some celebrity "portraits"? That is always my own personal favorite thing to carve.
Or maybe some more of those elements/pieces that could be used with other carvings...maybe house parts or robot parts?
Thanks, y'all for the suggestions.
Noah - So something along the lines of a Texarmadillo or a Chipmunksylvania?
Jane - I did a gold frog in January...but we'll see.
Joseph - Yeah! That could be wicked cool.
I must have missed the January frog. I'd like to point out that frogs and toads, while not as distinctly different as fantasy and science fiction are, are still somewhat different from each other.
*big, evil grin*
dude. I know the difference between frogs and toads. I do not, however, know the difference between fantasy and sci-fi, And I'm quite proud of that fact.
clouds?
winds?
and bugs of course...
You better make a Texarmadillo or a Chipmunksylvania!
