This is me being Scottish, circa 1967. I was a champion highland dancer back in those days.
This one is from 1968, with my sister who played the bagpipes.

Elin... love your book!
Fun to see you as a dancer. Do you remember it being as crazy as it is now about teh costuming? They take points off if your buttons aren't on straight these days. Probably because the competition is pretty fierce. We had fun with it while we could!
