Day 87 - I was trying to figure out how to use the FlyGym swing to assist me into today's yoga "pose of the day" (revolved split leg headstand). Spoiler alert ... it didn't work! This was the aftermath to one of my many, many failed attempts. At least I can laugh about it. #progressnotperfection
